MODULE 02

Manage Your Campaign in ChatGPT Projects

What it is

A Project is a persistent workspace inside ChatGPT that holds its own files, custom instructions, and chat history — so you stop re-explaining context and re-uploading documents every single time.

Why it matters

Right now, every new chat starts from zero. A Project lets each of you build a permanent "brain" for a recurring workstream — e.g., a live proposal, a specific client account, or a recurring reporting cycle.

Workshop

Live Demo

The facilitator creates a Project called "Nexus — Cold Outreach Templates," uploads a target account list, a past winning email sequence, and the Total Voice product one-pager as project files, sets custom project instructions ("Always write in Nexus's voice: confident, solution-focused, peer-to-peer tone. Reference Total Voice unified communications benefits..."), then asks a question inside it to show how it uses the uploaded files automatically without re-uploading.
