MODULE 02

Organise with ChatGPT Project

What it is

A Project is a persistent workspace inside ChatGPT that holds its own files, custom instructions, and chat history — so you stop re-explaining context and re-uploading documents every single time.

Why it matters

Right now, every new chat starts from zero. A Project lets each of you build a permanent "brain" for a recurring workstream — e.g., a live proposal, a specific client account, or a recurring reporting cycle.

Workshop

Live Demo

The facilitator creates a Project called "Nexus – SAP B1 Proposal Template," uploads a sanitized past proposal plus a pricing one-pager as project files, sets custom project instructions ("Always write in Nexus's voice: confident, ROI-focused, SAP B1 certified partner..."), then asks a question inside it to show how it uses the uploaded files automatically without re-uploading.

Hands-on exercise

Create ONE Project relevant to your role
