MODULE 01

Craft Powerful Prompts for Strategic Decisions

What it is

Learn the C.R.A.F.T. framework — a structured approach to writing prompts that consistently produce high-quality AI outputs. Every other module (Projects, Custom GPTs, Agents) is built on top of good prompting.

Why it matters

Weak prompts lead to weak GPTs, which lead to weak agents. Mastering prompting is the foundation for everything that follows.

Live Demo — Bad Prompt vs. CRAFT Prompt

Bad prompt

Write a follow up email to a client.

CRAFT prompt

Context: I'm the Head of Sales at Nexus, an SAP Business One partner in Thailand. We quoted a mid-size manufacturing client for an SAP B1 implementation 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back.
Role: Act as an experienced SAP B1 sales consultant.
Ask: Write a warm, low-pressure follow-up email that references the specific value of faster month-end closing and offers a 15-minute call.
Format: Under 120 words, 3 short paragraphs, professional but not stiff.
Tone: Confident, helpful, not salesy.

Other Prompting Techniques

  • Ask ChatGPT to ask YOU questions first — great for proposal/quote drafting
  • Iterate, don't restart: "make it shorter", "make it more formal", "now write it as a LinkedIn post instead" — all in the same thread
  • Give examples ("few-shot"): paste 1–2 examples of a past great proposal section and ask ChatGPT to match that style
Hands-on exercise

"Prompt Makeover"

Pick ONE real task you have this week (proposal follow-up, a support reply, a status update, an expense summary):

  1. Write your normal, "bare basics" prompt
  2. Rewrite it using CRAFT
  3. Run both in ChatGPT, compare outputs
  4. Paste your best CRAFT prompt into the shared "Prompt Wall" OneDrive doc
  5. Round-robin: read your before/after prompt aloud
